This all solid-state RTA-476A DME gives you distance, ground speed and tim-to-station with 200 channels and a 200 nautical mile range. The electronic digital readouts give you distance almost instantaneously-1/2 second is the typical response time. You also get fast computation of your ground speed and time-to-stateion.

There's a "hold" position that increases flexibility by holding display information from the VORTAC station last selectd as Nav 2 without diturbing the DME.
