• Automatic Power On/Off circuit helps guard against accidental battery drain. As long as the Pilot's headset is unplugged, the Volume/On/Off switch is bypassed. This means that even if the switch is accidentally left on after a flight, or the switch is bumped to the "on" position inside the flight bag, the unit will not turn on.

 

• Independent Mic and Squelch circuits minimizes noise by turning "on" only the microphone being spoken into.
